申請說明Application instructions：備妥資料並於2024/5/17申請截止日前繳交至勞作教育處基本勞作組。

獎助學門grade：日間學士班1年級(含)以上。

Daytime bachelor's degree first grade (inclusive) and above.

獎助對象recipients：修習112學年度第1學期基本勞作教育之學生。

Sustainability Practice Courses taken in the 1st Semester of the 112th Academic Year

成績條件Grade Qualification：112學年度第1學期基本勞作教育學期成績，須通過。

Pass the Sustainability Practice course in the 1st Semester of the 112th Academic Year.

申請書撰寫注意事項application Precautions：

1. 填寫帳戶代碼時，請確認身為申請人本人之帳戶，以免影響申請資格。Please confirm it is the applicant’s account.
2. 資料填寫完畢後，請將申請表紙本資料印出，送繳至勞作教育處基本勞作組。After completing the information, please print out the application form and submit to Office of Experiential Learning.
3. 印出紙本資料後，請在【中文姓名】欄以楷書書寫自己的姓名。Please write your name on the application form.
4. 資料填寫完畢後，將申請表電子檔案儲存為PDF檔，寄件至ljupin0717@thu.edu.tw，信件主旨：基本勞作績優助學金申請-學號、系級、姓名。Save application form electronic file as PDF file Send to 【ljupin0717@thu.edu.tw】.Subject of the letter【基本勞作績優助學金申請】Student ID、grade、name.

其他限制條件Other conditions：

1. 五大永續課程須皆出席且未曠課。All 5 courses must be attended and no absenteeism is allowed.
2. 須具有本校學籍之在學學生。Must be a student with student status.
3. 申請人勞作歷程有不實情事，則取消該次申請資格。If there are any dishonesty on the application form, the application eligibility will be revoked.
4. 非當學期基本勞作修習者不可申請。Only students who attended classes in the 112-1 semester are eligible to apply.
5. 其他條件請參考申請辦法。Please refer to the application guidelines for other conditions.

給予獎助金額Scholarship amount：每人5000元。5,000 dollars per person.

應繳證件或附件Submit documents：

1.填寫列印申請書-學校存檔paper application form to school for archiving.

2.歷年成績單正本Original transcripts of previous years (學務處前方機台列印Printing machine in front of the Academic Affairs Office)

3.其他附件other attachments
