一、登記對象:以113學年度第1學期之勞作教育生為限,請以Google表單(113-1延後修習登記連結)辦理登記。
1. Registration Object: Only students who participated in Sustainability Practice Course in the first semester of the 113 academic years, please use the Google form( form link) to apply for it
二、登記時間:113年12月16日 08:00 起至114年1月10日 17:00,逾時不候。
2. Registration Time: From 8am on December 16,2024 to 5 pm on January 10, 2025. No late application is allowed.
三、登記方式:採用線上登記模式。需由學生本人親自填寫Google表單,請務必確保登記之信箱是否有收到表單回函,以免影響自身權益。
3. Registration Method: Use the online registration mode. Students need to fill out the Google form (link to the form) in person, and the contact person will assist in handling the relevant registration procedures and reply to you. Please make sure that the registered email address has received a reply to the form, so as not to affect your own rights.
四、登記效力:
(1)保留自「113/9/9至本次延後修習登記日當天」已獲得之勞作教育時數,該時數得適用於自己爾後勞作重補修之學期一次。
(2)自登記日隔天起至本學期終了期間所之勞作教育時數不予保留,如後續仍有預約勞作課程,請自行取消或辦理請假。
(3)申請【延後修習】效力僅為【保留時數】
如果你是大二以上(含大二)的重補修生,請注意113-1延後修習登記並不等同於開啟113-2學期修習勞作課程之權限,如欲在113-2學期參與勞作教育課程,需自行另外申請【113學年度第2學期勞作重補修登記暨自願再次修習勞作登記】,詳細資訊請見之後【113學年度第2學期勞作重補修登記暨自願再次修習勞作登記】公告說明(12/30 08:00更新)。
如果你是大一新生或是轉進東海第一年的學生,請注意勞教處會安排你於東海就學的第一學年上下學期皆須修習勞作教育課程,如你有辦理本學期的勞作教育延後修習,該保留之課程時數並不直接適用你113-2學期的時數折抵!
4. Effectiveness of Registration:
(1) Retain the sustainability practice course hours obtained from September 9, 2024 to the date of deferred attendance registration. The number of hours can be applied to one's subsequent semester of re-study.
(2) The hours of sustainability practice course from the day after the registration date to the end of the semester will not be retained If you have future reservations for Sustainability Practice Course , please cancel registration or apply for leave yourself.
(3)The application for " Deferred Attendance Registration " only Retain the sustainability practice course hours"
If you are a second-year or above (including second-year) student retaking the course, it does not imply the authorization to enroll in Sustainability Practice Course for the 2nd semester of the 113 th academic year. If you wish to enable permissions of the 113th academic year in the 2nd semester, please apply for " 113Academic Year 2nd Semester Sustainability Practice Course Retake and Volunteer to Retake the Course Registration."(Announcement Details (Updated on 12/30 at 08:00)
If you are a first-year university student or a transfer student in your first year at the university, please note that the Office of Sustainability Practice Course will schedule you to attend the Sustainability Practice Course in both the first and second semesters. If you have applied for Deferred Attendance Registration for this semester's Sustainability Practice Course, the deferred course hours will not be directly credited toward your hours for the 113-2 semester!

六、其他提醒:
(1)如爾後有重補修登記需要者,請於勞教處公告時程進行重補修登記。
(2)辦理延後修習登記後,如系統尚有已登記但未進行的課程請自行取消登記或辦理請假。
(3)特別提醒轉學第一年之學生:勞教處會安排你於東海就學的第一學年上下學期皆須修習勞作教育課程,如你有辦理本學期的勞作教育延修,該保留之課程時數並不直接適用你113-2學期的時數折抵!
(4)請務必將個人學號姓名填寫正確,如因填寫錯誤致申請失敗時,相關責任須由填寫人自行負擔。
6. Other reminders:
(1) If you need to re-registration in the future, please re-register at the schedule announced by the Office of Sustainability Practice Course.
(2) After registering for deferred attendance, if there are still registered courses in the system that have not been taken, please cancel the registration or apply for leave.
(3) A special reminder for freshmen or first-year transfer students: the Office of Sustainability Practice Course will arrange for you to take courses in both the first and second semesters of the first year in Tunghai. If you have applied for the deferred attendance for sustainability practice course for this semester, the reserved course hours are not directly applicable to your 113 academic year 2nd semester hours!
(4)Please be sure to fill in the name and student number correctly. If the application failed due to errors in filling in, the relevant responsibilities shall be borne by the person who fills in.
