一、登記對象：凡勞作成績不及格、曾辦理勞作延後修習者、已修畢兩學期基本勞作教育之學生且自願再次修習勞作課程者，請以Google表單(113-2重補修表單連結)辦理登記。
1. Registration object: Anyone who has failed in Sustainability Practice Course, has applied for deferred attendance, students who have completed two semesters of Sustainability Practice Course and volunteered to retake Sustainability Practice Course, please use the Google form (form link ) to register.
二、登記時間：113年12月30日 08:00至114年01月17日 17:00，逾時不候。
2. Registration Time: From 8 am on December 30, 2024, to 5 pm on January 17, 2025. No late application is allowed.
三、登記方式：採用線上登記模式。需由學生本人親自填寫Google表單，請務必確保登記之信箱是否有收到表單回函，以免影響自身權益。
3. Registration Method: Use the online registration mode. Students need to fill out the Google form in person, and the contact person will assist in handling the relevant registration procedures and reply to you. Please make sure that the registered email address has received a reply to the form, so as not to affect your own rights.
四、登記效力：
(1)開啟【113-2學期勞作課程修課資格】，可於113學年度第2學期修習勞作教育課程。
(2)申請【重補修登記暨自願再次修習勞作登記 】效力僅限當學期 ，本學期你一定會有一個勞作成績，無論通過或不及格， 學期中也沒有「退選」的機會。另外，依規定並不允許學生「一學期修兩學期勞作」，因此，請留意你自己的勞作課程修習並做好時間安排。
(3)申請【重補修登記暨自願再次修習勞作登記】效力僅為【開啟勞作課程修課資格】，請注意登記本表單並不等同於保留你在113-1學期的勞作課程時數，如欲保留113-1勞作課程時數，需自行另外申請【113-1基本勞作教育延後修習登記】，詳細資訊請見【113-1基本勞作教育延後修習登記】公告說明
(4)如果你113學年度第2學期是大二以上(含大二)的重補修生，請注意申請本表單僅適用修習113學年度第2學期修習勞作教育課程，每次申請僅限當學期。
如果你113學年度第2學期是大一新生或是轉進東海第一年的學生，請注意勞教處會安排你於東海就學的第一學年上下學期皆須修習勞作教育課程，無須另外申請113-2勞作教育重補修。
(1)Enabling the【113-2 Semester Sustainability Practice Course Eligibility】allows you to take the Sustainability Practice Course in the 113 Academic Year 2nd Semester.
(2)Effectiveness of Registration: When you fill out the 【Sustainability Practice Course Retake Registration Form 】, you will definitely have a Sustainability Practice Course score this semester. No matter whether you pass or fail, there is no chance of "dropping the course" during the semester.In addition, according to regulations, students are not allowed to "take two semesters of Sustainability Practice Course in one semester", so please pay attention to your own Sustainability Practice Course situation and make good time arrangements.
(3)Applying for the 【Sustainability Practice Course Retake and Volunteer to Retake the Course Registration】 only grants eligibility to retake the course. Please note that submitting this form does not automatically retain your hours from the 113-1 semester Sustainability Practice Course. If you need to retain your 113-1 Sustainability Practice Course hours, you must separately apply for the 【113 Academic Year 1st Semester Sustainability Practice Course Deferred Attendance Registration】. For detailed information, refer to the 【113Academic Year 1st Semester Sustainability Practice Course Deferred Attendance Registration 】 announcement.
(4)If you are a second-year or above (including second-year) student retaking the course in the 113 Academic Year 2nd Semester, note that this application is only valid for retaking the Sustainability Practice Course during the semester you apply for.
If you are a first-year student or a transfer student starting at University in the 113 Academic Year, the Office of Experiential Learning will schedule you to attend the Sustainability Practice Course in both the first and second semesters. There is no need to apply separately for the 113-2 Sustainability Practice Course Retake and Volunteer to Retake the Course Registration.

(2) Each application is only valid for the current semester. If you need to register for a retake in the next semester, please register in the next application.
(3)Please be sure to fill in the name and student number correctly. If the application failed due to errors in filling in, the relevant responsibilities shall be borne by the person who fills in.
