一、登記對象：凡勞作成績不及格、曾辦理勞作延後修習者、已修畢兩學期基本勞作教育之學生且自願再次修習勞作者，請以Google表單 （113-1重補修表單連結）  辦理登記。

1. Registration object: Anyone who has failed in Sustainability Practice Course, has applied for deferred attendance, students who have completed two semesters of Sustainability Practice Course and volunteered to retake Sustainability Practice Course, please use the Google form (form link) to register.

二、登記時間：113年6月10日 08:00至113年6月28日 17:00，逾時不候。

2. Registration Time: From 8 am on June 10, 2024, to 5 pm on June 28, 2024. No late application is allowed.

三、登記方式：採用線上登記模式。需由學生本人親自填寫Google表單（表單連結）， 請務必確保登記之信箱是否有收到表單回函，以免影響自身權益。

3. Registration Method: Use the online registration mode. Students need to fill out the Google form (link to the form) in person. Please make sure that the registered email address has received a reply to the form, so as not to affect your own rights.

四、登記效力：當你填寫完本表單時，代表後台將會開啟你在113-1學期勞作教育的修課資格，學期中也沒有「退選」的機會，請務必正確填寫個人資訊。另外，依規定並不允許學生「一學期修兩學期勞作」，因此，請留意你自己的勞作情況並做好時間安排。

4. Effectiveness of Registration: When you complete this form, the representative background will open your qualifications for the Sustainability Practice Course in the 113-1 semester. There is no opportunity to "withdraw" during the semester. Please be sure to fill in your personal information correctly.  In addition, according to regulations, students are not allowed to "take two semesters of  Sustainability Practice Course in one semester", so please pay attention to your own Sustainability Practice Course situation and make good time arrangements.

六、其他提醒 ：

(1)113年9月9日（一）開學當天即開始勞作。

(2)每次申請僅限當學期，如下個學期有需要重補修登記者，請於下次申請時進行登記。

6. Other reminders:

(1) Setember 9, 2024(Monday) Sustainability Practice Course starts on the first day of school.

(2) Each application is only valid for the current semester. If you need to register for a retake in the next semester, please register in the next application.
