【114學年度第2學期基本勞作教育重補修登記暨自願再次修習勞作登記】 114 Academic Year 2nd Semester Sustainability Practice Course Retake and Volunteer to Retake the Course Registration

一、登記對象： 以113學年度以前入學學生為限，凡勞作成績不及格、曾辦理勞作延後修習者、已修畢兩學期基本勞作教育之學生且自願再次修習勞作課程者，請以Google表單辦理登記。
1. Registration object: Anyone who has failed in Sustainability Practice Course, has applied for deferred attendance, students who have completed two semesters of Sustainability Practice Course and volunteered to retake Sustainability Practice Course, please use the Google form to register.

二、登記時間：114年12月22日 08:00 起至115年01月16日 17:00 ，逾時不候。
2. Registration Time:  From 8am on December 22,2025 to 5 pm on January 16, 2026. No late application is allowed.


三、登記方式：採用線上登記模式。需由學生本人親自填寫Google表單，請務必確保登記之信箱是否有收到表單回函，以免影響自身權益。

3. Registration Method: Use the online registration mode. Students need to fill out the Google form (link to the form) in person, and the contact person will assist in handling the relevant registration procedures and reply to you. Please make sure that the registered email address has received a reply to the form, so as not to affect your own rights.

四、登記效力：
(1)開啟「114-2學期勞作課程修課資格」，可於114學年度第2學期修習勞作教育課程。
(2)申請【重補修登記暨自願再次修習勞作登記】後，勞教處會開啟你「較早」申請延後修習的保留時數，以便繼續修習基本勞作教育課程。
(3)申請【重補修登記暨自願再次修習勞作登記】效力僅為【開啟勞作課程修課資格】。
請注意登記本表單並不等同於保留你在114-1學期的勞作課程時數，如欲保留114-1勞作課程時數，需自行另外申請【114-1基本勞作教育延後修習登記】，詳細資訊請見【114-1基本勞作教育延後修習登記】公告說明。
(4)如果你114學年度第2學期是大二以上(含大二)的重補修生，請注意申請本表單僅適用修習114學年度第2學期修習勞作教育課程，每次申請僅限當學期。
如果你114學年度第2學期是大一新生或是轉進東海第一年的學生，請注意勞教處會安排你於東海就學的第一學年上下學期皆須修習勞作教育課程，無須另外申請114-2勞作教育重補修。

4. Effectiveness of Registration:
(1)Enabling the【114-2 Semester Sustainability Practice Course Eligibility】 allows you to take the Sustainability Practice Course in the 114 Academic Year 2nd Semester.
(2)Effectiveness of Registration: When you fill out the 【Sustainability Practice Course Retake Registration Form 】, the Office of Experiential Learning will unlock the reserved hours that you applied for earlier to defer your studies so that you can continue to study the Sustainability Practice Course.
(3)Applying for the 【Sustainability Practice Course Retake and Volunteer to Retake the Course Registration】 
only grants eligibility to retake the course. Please note that submitting this form does not automatically retain your hours from the 114-1 semester Sustainability Practice Course. If you need to retain your 114-1 Sustainability Practice Course hours, you must separately apply for the 【114 Academic Year 1st Semester Sustainability Practice Course Deferred Attendance Registration】. For detailed information, refer to the  【114 Academic Year 1st Semester Sustainability Practice Course Deferred Attendance Registration 】 announcement.
(4)If you are a second-year or above (including second-year) student retaking the course in the 114 Academic Year 2nd Semester, note that this application is only valid for retaking the Sustainability Practice Course during the semester you apply for.
If you are a first-year student or a transfer student starting at University in the 114 Academic Year, the Office of Experiential Learning will  schedule you to attend the Sustainability Practice Course in both the first and second semesters. There is no need to apply separately for the 114-2 Sustainability Practice Course Retake and Volunteer to Retake the Course Registration.

六、其他提醒 ：
(1)115年02月23日（一）開學當天即開始114-2勞作教育課程。
(2)每次申請僅限當學期，如下個學期仍有需要重補修登記者，請於下次開放申請時進行登記。
(3)登記本表單並不等同於保留你在114-1學期的勞作課程時數，如欲保留114-1勞作課程時數，需自行另外申請【 114-1基本勞作教育延後修習登記】。
(4)依規定並不允許學生「一學期修兩學期勞作」，請留意勞作修習狀況並做好時間安排。
(5)請務必將個人學號、姓名填寫正確，如因填寫錯誤致申請失敗時，相關責任須由填寫人自行負擔。

6. Other reminders:
(1) Feberuary 23, 2026(Monday) Sustainability Practice Course starts on the first day of school.
(2) Each application is only valid for the current semester. If you need to register for a retake in the next semester, please register in the next application.
(3)  Please note that submitting this form does not automatically retain your hours from the 114-1 semester Sustainability Practice Course. If you need to retain your 114-1 Sustainability Practice Course hours, you must separately apply for the 【114 Academic Year 1st Semester Sustainability Practice Course Deferred Attendance Registration 】.
(4) According to regulations, students are not allowed to take two semesters of Sustainability Practice Course in one semester. Please pay attention to your study schedule and make good time arrangements.
(5) Please be sure to fill in the name and student number correctly. If the application failed due to errors in filling in, the relevant responsibilities shall be borne by the person who fills in.
