申請說明Application instructions：備妥資料並於2026/05/08申請截止日前繳交至勞教處基本勞作組。

獎助學門grade：日間學士班1年級(含)以上。

Daytime bachelor's degree second grade (inclusive) and above.

獎助對象recipients：修習114學年度第1學期基本勞作教育之學生。

Sustainability Practice Courses taken in the 1st Semester of the 114th Academic Year.

成績條件Grade Qualification：114學年度第1學期基本勞作教育學期成績，須通過。

Pass the Sustainability Practice course in the 1st Semester of the 114th Academic Year.

申請書撰寫注意事項application Precautions：

1. 資料填寫完畢後，請將申請表紙本資料印出，送繳至勞教處基本勞作組。After completing the information, please print out the application form and submit to Office of Experiential Learning.
2. 印出紙本資料後，請在【中文姓名】欄以楷書書寫自己的姓名。Please write your name on the application form.
3. 資料填寫完畢，將申請表電子檔案儲存為PDF檔並加密，密碼：學號後8碼數字(勿輸入英文字母)；檔名:學號、系級(簡稱)、姓名，寄件至morningkou@thu.edu.tw，信件主旨：基本勞作績優助學金申請-學號、系級、姓名。
   Save application form electronic file as PDF file and encrypt it.The password is the last 8 digits of your student ID number.File name: student number, department (abbreviation), name.Send to morningkou@thu.edu.tw.The subject of the email is”基本勞作績優助學金申請, student ID, department and grade (full name), name.
4. 請確認完成「東海大學基本勞作績優助學金申請蒐集直接收集個人資料告知事項」的簽名文件。Please confirm the completion and signing of the document: "Tunghai University Notification of Direct Collection of Personal Data for Basic Labor Education Merit-Based Scholarship Application."
5. 本處對申請表內容及審核結果保有最終決定權與使用權。This Office reserves the right of final decision and the right to use all application contents and audit results.

其他限制條件Other conditions：

1. 五大永續課程須皆出席且未缺曠。All 5 courses must be attended and no absenteeism is allowed.
2. 須具有本校學籍之在學學生。Must be a student with student status.
3. 申請人勞作歷程有不實情事，則取消該次申請資格。If there are any dishonesty on the application form, the application eligibility will be revoked.
4. 非當學期基本勞作修習者不可申請。Students who are not taking the course that semester cannot apply.
5. 其他條件請參考申請辦法。Please refer to the application guidelines for other conditions.

給予獎助金額 Scholarship amount：每人5000元。5,000 dollars per person.

應繳證件或附件Submit documents：

1.填寫列印申請書-學校存檔 paper application form to school for archiving.

2.其他附件 other attachments.
